West Memphis Fence & Construction, Inc. was founded in 1967 by William "Bill" Bius and Patrick "Pat" Turns and is located in West Memphis, AR. We cover a large market area of approximately 150 miles, but the majority of our work is done in the Memphis tri-state area.
